(community harp event): Grace Browning, Mozart's Flute & Harp Concerto

Enjoy an informal, intimate afternoon with Pacific Symphony under the direction of Music Director Carl St.Clair at the Soka Performing Arts Center in Aliso Viejo. The second concert of this year's Sundays at Soka series features Mozart's Concerto for Flute and Harp with soloists Benjamin Smolen (flute) and Grace Browning (harp) followed by Mozart's Symphony No. 40. Tickets $39 to $49.

GraceBrowningPraised for her "superb technical acumen and sensitive musicality" (South Florida Classical Review) and "astounding skill on the harp" (The People's Critic), Grace Browning has established herself as a prominent orchestral harpist, avid soloist, and passionate advocate of community outreach. A recent alumna of the New World Symphony in Miami Beach, Grace is currently enjoying her second season as principal harpist of The Dallas Opera. She is also thrilled to begin her first season as principal harpist of the Santa Fe Opera in June 2016, where she will perform in the summers. In addition to performing, Grace maintains a steadily growing private studio and serves as the Webmaster/Historian for the Dallas Chapter of the American Harp Society.
